Currently offering online therapy sessions to individuals.

Compassionate therapy to discover new opportunities for safety, healing and growth.

I’ll collaboratively guide you to meet your goals using effective, compassionate, mindful and somatic (body-centred) approaches to treat trauma, stress and pain.

I have a Masters in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Masters of Arts from the University of Toronto with a focus on holistic care and counselling. I hold specialized training in Sensorimotor & EMDR Psychotherapy.

I primarily work with adult individuals dealing with:

  • anxiety & depression

  • trauma: childhood or present day, including PTSD & disassociation

  • stress/distress management

  • climate anxiety,

  • grief & loss,

  • illness, disability and end of life issues

    … and more

Approaches to Care

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

Working with your body and mind to find tools to promote feelings of safety, calm and growth.

EMDR Therapy

A structured therapy for resourcing and processing stress, pain and trauma.

Safe and Sound Protocol

A different kind of intervention; a listening protocol for emotional regulation. Can be used on its own or to enhance therapy.

I welcome the opportunity to explore intentionally the history, context, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation and spirituality of those who work with me. I strive to honour the principles of anti-racism/anti-oppression/anti-colonialism and harm reduction.
